Our reservation system enables you to find quickly the information about the available accommodation and then simply make a reservation of room.

B) Reservations by e-mail

For making reservations by e-mail you just fill in the Reservation Form and send it to the hotel. The hotel will send you an answer immediately or within 24 hours the latest.

- Payments by bank remittance from abroad:
The amount due should be paid to the Hotel Colentum foreign bank account in the Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb, Croatia No. SWIFT: ZABA HR2X2500-978-1599607

- Payments by credit cards online:
Amex, Diners, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa
Please enter the page Online booking fill in all the necessary data and effectuate the payment due for your online reservation via security system SSL.

- Payments by credit cards offline: Amex, Diners, Eurocard/Mastercard, Visa
If you decide to use this way of payment, the Hotel Colentum will send you and Authorization Form to be filled in and with your signature on . Then send it please back to the hotel by fax. By this you give your permission to the hotel to collect the amount due for your reservation from your credit card company.

- Payments by bank remittance from Croatia
All payments from Croatia should be done to the Hotel Colentum bank account at the Zagrebačka banka d.d., Zagreb, Croatia No. 2360000-1101738272

2) Discounts

Choose the prepayment discounts !!!
- 10% discount get the members of the Hotel Colentum Club on all reserved arrangements prepaid in full
8% discount is granted on all reserved arrangements prepaid in full
- 4% popusta odobrava se na uplaćeni 50% do 99% iznosa rezerviranog aranžmana
All discounts are valid for minimum stay of 7 (seven) days only.
Reservation is confirmed when the deposit of min 30% is paid to the Hotel Colentum. The rest should be paid 15 days prior arrival the latest.

3) Cancellations

The reservation can be cancelled in writing, by e-mail of by fax 30 days prior arrival latest i.e. before using the ordered and reserved services. The hotel reserves the right to keep the amount of Eur 100,00 per room for the reservation expenses. In case the reservation is cancelled within 1-30 days prior arrival i.e. before using the ordered and reserved services, the hotel has no obligation to return the deposit of 30%, the exception beeing illness or vis major.
