(4) Novčanom penalty in the amount of 5.000,00 to 15.000,00 Kuna punishment will be for a foul legal or physical persons artisan act if contrary to the provisions of this Article.
(5) For the violation of this Article punishment shall be fined in the amount of 1.500,00 to 5.000,00 kuna and responsible persons in the legal person.
(6) Novčanom penalty in the amount of 300.00 kuna punishment will be for the offence if the driver tractors act contrary to the provisions of this Article.
