(3) The minister responsible for internal affairs propisat the special conditions with regard to age boundary for drivers of motor vehicles in category C collaborative transportation of people and conditions for management and mode of transportation to motor vehicle police.
(4) The Minister responsible for defence affairs lays down conditions for the management and mode of transport vehicles to the armed forces of the Republic of Croatia.
(5) The minister responsible for internal affairs in consultation with the Minister responsible for education affairs will propisat special conditions with regard to age boundary for the start of training requirements and vehicle management C1 and C categories for students of secondary Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti and other natural vocational school that is only for the interest of motor vehicle driver in the regular srednjoškolskom educational program.

Article 217.

Driving license is issued for the management of vehicles that are classified in the A1, A2, A, B, B + E, C1, C1 + E, C, C + E, D, D + E, F, G, H and M categories where in:

Article 218.

Article 219.

(1) The right to manage A vehicle categories with navršenih 20 years can obtain a driver who has a driving licence for the management of vehicle categories A2 at least two years.

(3) Exceptionally provisions of paragraph 2. of this article, people from Article 216. Paragraph 5. this Act, which had acquired the right to control vehicle C1 category at the same time issued a driving licence B category.
(4) The right to control vehicles C or H categories can obtain a driver who has a driving licence for the management of vehicle B or C1 class at least a year.

(6) The right to control vehicles B + E, C1 + E, or C + E categories can obtain a driver who has a driving licence for a tractor unit appropriate category at least a year.

Article 220.

(1) Drivers of motor vehicles category B, C1, C or D have the right to operate motor vehicles of these categories, and when they are attributed to light trailers.
(2) The driver which was issued driving licence for the management of motor vehicle category D has the right to operate a motor vehicle categories B, C and C1, which the driver was issued driving licence for the management of motor vehicle category C has the right to operate a motor vehicle categories B and C1 .

(4) Driver which was issued driving licence categories A1, A2, A, B, C1, C, D and H has the right to operate vehicles and F, G and M categories.

Article 221.

(1) The driver must not operate vehicle on the road speed higher than 80 km per hour, on the fast road and street namijenjenoj exclusively for the Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti motor vehicle speed higher than 100 km per hour, or 120 km to the hour on the motorway, a mopedom 40 km per hour.

Article 222.
