Article 260.

Article 261.

(5) For the violation of this Article punishment shall be fined in the amount of 1.500,00 to 5.000,00 kuna and responsible persons in the legal person.
Article 270.
(1) If the police officer in performing oversight of the work stations for technical inspection of vehicles found to superintendent, or propagandist for the registration of vehicles, technical reviews of vehicles or vehicle registration tasks not performed professionally and in accordance with the regulations, the ministry responsible for internal affairs decision to him invalidates permission (licenciju) at the time of a month or a period of three months if this is a repeat predmetne irregularities in the work of the period of 36 months.

Article 271.

Article 272.

Article 273.
(1) The work of organizing and conducting the unique technical inspection of vehicles, the organization of business registration of vehicles in the cells for technical examinations of vehicles and publishing pokusnih plate as public authorities, professional performing organizations, which based on open competition, the powers of the ministry responsible for internal affairs.
(2) Professional organizations referred to in paragraph 1. of this article must have:

3) organization of work and structure which guarantees the permanent and well conducting,
4) the appropriate information and technical support for carrying out entrusted tasks.
(3) Conditions referred to in paragraph 2. propisat this Article shall minister responsible for internal affairs.
(4) If a professional organization referred to in paragraph 1. this article does not entrusted to her professional duties and in accordance with the regulations, the ministry responsible for internal affairs will be taken away her authority. Article 274.
