Article 297.

(3) Ovlaćuje the minister responsible for internal affairs to bring the regulations on the manner of recording, monitoring and publication of data on izrečenim kaznama, safety measures, protective measures, the negative prekrajnim points, measures written warnings, Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti nim accidents and their consequences.
Article 298.
The person who commits Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti or using foul inozemnu driving licence instead of protective measures of non-management motor vehicle may apply safeguard measure banning use of foreign driving permits in the Republic of Croatia, lasting from one month to two years.
Article 299.

XII. FINAL AND TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS
Article 300.

Article 301.

(2) Obrasce and registers in connection with the technical previews of vehicles by the minister responsible for internal affairs, and creates a professional organization of Article 273. this law.
(3) The procedure and manner of making, technical and personnel requirements for the production and use and delivery of data referred to in paragraph 1. this article provides the minister responsible for internal affairs.
(4) The person referred to in paragraph 1. this Article is obliged to perform the tasks entrusted in accordance with this Law and the process by which lays down the minister responsible for internal affairs.
(5) Managing inspection and supervision over the work of the legal person referred to in paragraph 1. this article does the ministry responsible for internal affairs.
(6) Novčanom penalty in the amount of 5.000,00 to 15.000,00 EUR punishment will be for a foul legal person referred to in paragraph 1. of this article if you act contrary to the provisions of this Article.
(7) Novčanom penalty in the amount of 1.500,00 to 5.000,00 EUR punishment will be for a foul, and responsible persons in the legal person referred to in paragraph 1. of this article if you act contrary to the provisions of this Article.
(8) If a legal person referred to in paragraph 1. this Article two or more times a repeat offence under this Article, the competent ministry proposal for Home Affairs, Government of the Republic of Croatia will be taken away her authority to perform the entrusted tasks.
Article 302.
Until the implementing regulations under this Act, shall remain in force valid enforcement regulations if they are not in contradiction with the provisions of this Act.
Article 303.
Ministers and directors of state administrative organizations authorized by this law are obliged to adopt implementing regulations within six months from the date of entry into force of this Act.
Article 304.
(1) Professional organizations from Article 206. and 273. this law are obliged to coordinate and organize their activities and bring the acts prescribed by this law within a period of nine months from the date of entry into force of this Act.
(2) Professional organizations from Article 206. and 273. this law that does not align its work and organization and does not bring the acts prescribed by this law in the period referred to in paragraph 1. this Article, ceased to operate istekom this period.
Article 305.

Article 306.

Paragraph 6. this law, they can continue to perform these tasks, and the longest five years from the entry into force of this Act. Exceptionally, authorized ispitivači zatečeni in performing these tasks, which have university degrees that are not prescribed in Article 208. Article 307.
(1) People who do the entry into force of this law have permission (licenciju) for conducting technical officers validity of the vehicle and driving instructor's permission to perform these tasks, published by the competent ministries for internal affairs, they can continue to perform these tasks, although not qualify Article 203. Paragraph 4. and Article 260. this law.
(2) People who are up to the entry into force of this Act performed testing of vehicles and processing of documentation and inspection for the purpose of testing vehicles in Article 278. this Act and which do not meet the conditions specified in the article, may continue to perform these tasks, and be their ministry competent for the tasks Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti permission to issue a (licenciju).
Article 308.
Pravomoćno izrečeni negative points according to the law on the safety of Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti and on the road ( "Official Gazette", no. 105/04.) Considered to be negative prekrajnim points and will be taken into consideration for the application of the legal consequences of condemnation.
Article 309.
The entry into force of this Law, the Law on Security Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti and on the road ( "Official Gazette", no. 105/04.) Except for provisions on the protection of non-management measures in motor vehicle and negative points of law violations of the law committed by 31. December 2007.
Article 310.
This Law shall enter into force on the eighth day of its publication in the "Official Gazette", except for the provisions of Article 205. Paragraph 1. 3. 4., 5. and 6. this Act, which will come into force on the date of accession of the Republic of Croatia in the European Union.
