I. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Article 1.

Article 2.

Article 3.

Article 4.

Article 5.

(1) Accommodation facilities from the group Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti classified into the following types:

6. Guest house.

Article 6.

(1) Accommodation facilities, if these Regulations for each type of accommodation unit is not otherwise stipulated, can have the following types of accommodation units:

Article 7.

Article 10.

3. Type of vacation village

Article 11.

4. Type of Tourist apartments

Article 12.

(1) Apartments is the unit in which guests are obligated to provide services in accommodation units ustrojenim and equipped so that guests can prepare meals.

(5) Exceptionally from the provisions of paragraph 3. of this article, under the conditions prescribed these Regulations, the existing accommodation facilities must not have reception services if the reception offers guests in some of the other types of accommodation facilities which are located in the vicinity.

5. Type of Tomorrow

Article 13.

(1) Tomorrow is the unit in which guests are obligated to provide accommodation with meals, and can provide catering and other services, if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated.

(2) Tomorrow is a self-building, which has: reception, accommodation units, dining room and kitchen, if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated.

(4) Accommodation units in the Pansionu rooms and / or Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti apartments (suite), if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated. All accommodation units in Pansionu must have a bathroom.

6. Type Guest house

Article 14.

(1) Guest house is the unit in which guests are obligated to provide accommodation with meals, and can provide catering and other services, if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated.

(2) Guest house is a functional entity composed of one or more independent buildings or parts of buildings.

(3) Guest house has: reception, accommodation units, dining room and kitchen, if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated.

(4) Accommodation units in the Guest house rooms and / or Hotel Dalmácia Horvátország, Super Akcio, Akcio a Nyari Szezonra, Sziget, Kornáti apartments (suite), if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated. If accommodation units in the Guest house do not have a bathroom, then on the same floor for two accommodation units must be one common bathroom.

(5) Exceptionally from the provisions of paragraph 1. 2. and 3. of this article, the type of Guest house can be classified each existing accommodation facility that structure and equipment does not meet fully the requirements stipulated for one of the types of accommodation facilities prescribed by these Regulations.

Article 15.

(1) All kinds of accommodation facilities which the prescribed obligations of service breakfast, must have room for usluživanje guests or dining room, whichever is prescribed for each type and category of property, and the kitchen in accordance with the provisions of this Ordinance. Article 17.

Article 22.

Article 26.

1.11. Internal height of the rooms, wide stubišta

Article 27.

-- Module apartments makes the total usable area: predprostora, rooms for sleeping, bed rooms, dining and cooking, and a bathroom.

1.13.3. Minimum modules, allowed deviations Modules

Article 33.

(1) Minimum modules accommodation units are modules units laid down the lowest category for particular types of accommodation unit.

Article 35.

Exceptionally from the provisions of Article 33. 1.14. Capacity units

Article 36.

(1) Capacity accommodation units is determined by the number of persons, if these Regulations is not otherwise stipulated.

(2) Type of rooms is determined by the number of beds:

-- Room capacity for two people with two beds or one bed for two persons and by type is double room.

(3) Exceptionally from paragraph 1. of this article, the room may have additional capacity that can be:

-- In a single room in an accommodation unit at most one extra bed,

-- In a double room up to two additional beds, or one extra bed for two people.

(4) Additional beds referred to in paragraph 3. of this article may be a children's beds and / or children's beds to the floor.

(5) For each additional bed referred to in paragraph 3 and 4. of this article, regardless of the type and category of object that is determined, the module units must have at their disposal an additional 3 m2 more than the prescribed level.

(6) capacity of all other types of accommodation units is determined by the number and type of rooms intended for sleeping.

1.15. Sanitary facilities in the accommodation unit
